The CMA is recognizing songwriters who have earned three number-one singles in a 12-month period with the Triple Play Award. 16 writers will be recognized at the Triple Play Awards, along with 40 songwriters who have earned their first number-one since the last award event. Among the Triple Play winners are artists Riley Green, Ella Langley, John Morgan, Post Malone, Ernest and Morgan Wallen.
