Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles has written the book, music and lyrics for the new off-Broadway production Giulia: The Poison Queen of Palermo. She’ll also star in the title role.
Playbill describes the musical saying, “The new work tracks a real-life serial killer whose trail of murder begins with an act of self-defense.”
Giulia is set to open on July 10th and will run through July 28th.
