Ella Langley’s smash, “Choosin’ Texas,” hit 20 weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, surpassing Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” and the Billy Ray Cyrus and Lil Nas X collaboration, “Old Town Road” for the longest run at the top of the chart in its history for a non-holiday single.
Sitting at 22 weeks at the top of the chart is Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You.” If she can pass it, she truly is the queen of the Hot 100.

Dolly Parton has made history. For the first time, her recordings of “Jolene” and “I Will Always Love You” have made the Top 40 of Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.
“Jolene” enters at number-16 and “I Will Always Love You” at number-27.
In addition, “9 to 5,” “Islands in the Stream” with Kenny Rogers and “Here You Come Again” also re-entered the chart this week.
