Cities across the United States are celebrating Dolly Parton Day today with tributes and fun events, some even raising money for her Imagination Library, and that appears to be what Dolly wanted.
A few years ago she said she wanted to be remembered or all the good things she did. For the fun person she was, that she enjoyed life and helped people. She said- I always want to be remembered as someone who really loved their life and really loved their work, really appreciated the opportunities to get to do so many things.
