I am back at it! Cooking again, this time with shrimp and of course- my Veggetti!

This recipe is so each to follow and it was a hit! #sarahkaycooks

 

Sarah’s Shrimp Scampi

1 pound of raw or cooked shrimp placed in casserole dish

6 oz. melted butter

3 cloves of minced garlic

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp pepper

1 tbsp chili flakes (optional)

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 cup white wine

Stir and Bake at 400 degrees fro 10-13 minutes if you used raw shrimp or 6-7 minutes if you used cooked shrimp.

Add noodles of your choice or Veggetti noodles (Use 2 large zucchinis or 3 small)! Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
